My apartment had a bunch of windows which was great and the kitchen/bathroom were semi renovated. Super and manager are responsive
Cons:
Garbage in the entrance is gross, 2nd floor neighbor 2S is very loud/rude/dirty. Nothing is ever fixed properly the first time around. Constant issues with plumbing, electric, gas, noise from restaurants
Advice to owner:
Pay to have things renovated fixed properly to begin with instead patch work that gets worse. Renovate the gross halls and entrance!
