Pros:
Responsive and nice super, nice area of UES, high ceilings and bigger studio sizes, getting hot water for shower is very fast and very hot
Cons:
Gets cold in winter and street facing units can get quite loud. No laundry in building but two laundromats very close

It’s in a great spot in upper east side. The super is super responsive. Water temp and pressure is great.
Cons:
My room faces the street and the street is loud. The hallways entrance usually smells due to the garbage. No elevators and no washer dryer in building
