    Pros:
    We liked that everything was well cared for and that management was responsive.
    Cons:
    The heater had some issues so we had a time when the boiler shut down almost daily for a period of time

    Cons:
    The building is rent stabilized and the leasing company is avidly lying and overcharging their tenants. if you are paying over 2600 odds are they are illegally overcharging you. get your rental history from the NYC housing dept!
