This Landlord Is a dishonest scoundrel . Not to be trusted .

It’s Clean. .
Cons:
No elevator, Toilet leak . Narrow. Walk up . However , landlord. Is a dishonest weasel . Do not trust this landlord . He will verify rent , then once you are approved and he knows you are committed he flat out lies and raises. The rent , He is a flat out scoundrel.
There are hundreds of vacant rentals - do yourself a favor look elsewhere.
Advice to owner:
Transparency. And honesty are your. Best way to do business . If you wanna keep your record clean and not have bad reviews try being honest

Peaceful but old walk up

Great/quiet block, super is very responsive, all studios in building so it’s quiet
Cons:
Older appliances, a little overpriced, packages stolen frequently but no security cameras
Advice to owner:
Get security cameras for vestibule
