Think Before Settling

Pros:
-water pressure and temperature
-neighbors are nice and respectful
-location is close to subway, restaurants, school, hospital
-contractor knows what’s up
Cons:
interior defects
-gas stove issues (may or may not light)
-molding issues : gilded flaws (windows frame and head detached from wall)
-(during winter) radiator issues on the regular
-unit bidding price debate (even with issues displayed brought up)
