    Pros:
    Good, strong, well built building. Doormen are wonderful.
    Cons:
    Elevators often need repair, and waiting for the working one can hold you up in the morning trying to get out for work.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t let people sublet

    Very old - showers didn't drain and toilet kept getting clogged. Had to get it cleaned way too often.
