If you want mice as roommates… I guess it’s ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the train, walkable neighborhoods close to restaurants, stores banks, and Trader Joe
Cons:
The rats in the 18 months that I’ve lived here the rats have gotten worse and are slowly moving up and down the block
Advice to owner:
Being cheap is never good for a tenant, but ignoring the necessary repairs and having to go to court to get them done says so much about how much you care about the living conditions in your building

Budget rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, also my bedroom windows over looking the nice court yard, not the ugly old dirty walls.
Cons:
It's always (!) dirty on the streets around the building. It's very difficult for me and my dog climb the 4th fl every time. That was a mistake. I should move again in lower floor. Also, there are many rental deals now, but my landlord refused to give me better price on rent. There are NO sanitation done in our building. Like landlord ignoring the fact of pandemic.
Advice to owner:
Find better cleaning crew. Be more the negotiable on a price consider pandemic situation: half of the units became vacant, my Neigbours are keep moving out. So, there is no flexibility on payments were offered by Landlord.
