Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 486 East 74th Street in Manhattan reveal mixed feedback. Tenants appreciate updated units with modern amenities, such as controllable AC units and spacious outdoor areas. However, concerns arise regarding ineffective heat, poor cleanliness in common areas, and unresponsive management for maintenance issues. Pest control is a major issue, with reports of rodents persisting despite efforts. While some enjoy the quiet and spacious apartments, the lack of prompt management responses and ongoing pest problems dampen the overall living experience. Prospective renters should consider these aspects before choosing this building.
