Quiet, nice landlord, spacious apartments, good location, loved it.
Packages were stolen (but landlord was working on it), random people buzzed in and knocking on doors, some people smoke in the building, gets so so hot in the winter with the heat, and sometimes the water gets iced cold and doesn’t stay consistently warm
Lower the heat, fix the water temperatures, and ask people to not let random people in
