It’s a quiet building. Big floor plans for the price. Super lives in and is very responsive/friendly. I actually enjoy living here quite a lot.
Water pressure can be a little iffy. We get maybe 2-3 roaches a year. Walls and floors are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking around.
