    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Love having in unit washer dryer. Neighbors generally seem nice but rarely stick around more than a lease term due to issues with management.
    Cons:
    Very difficult to connect with anyone who will actually get repairs done. Apt design is impractical in illogical ways.
