    Decent price for the place
    Cons:
    Floors are paper thin and you can hear everyone from 1st floor and we live on the 5th floor walk up

    Nice quiet place to leave.

    Very quiet street, good location.
    Close access to Subway. Quiet and safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants.
    Cons:
    The Laundry room, in the basement, could benefit from a makeover.
    Advice to owner:
    No advice to the property owner.
