    just alright to live in

    Pros:
    quiet area and decent space
    Cons:
    - roach infestation that took a while to resolve as super did not believe it at first
    - exposed holes in apartment
    - sometimes water never got hot
    - extremely cold in the winter
    - too many pests for high price
    Advice to owner:
    - do more pest control throughout the building as there are roaches dead in the hallways
