    Quaint and nice

    Pros:
    - very well maintained for an older building
    - laundry in the building
    - package room and security
    - in-house super and porter
    - super safe and nice area to walk around
    Cons:
    - Bathrooms are small and older, as it is an older building
    - space is quite small for what you get
    - 15 mins walk to the Q
    Advice to owner:
    Add ventilation in the bathrooms and clean the laundry room more.
