Good location, quiet neighborhood. Quiet tenants.
Issues with heat in winter. Several mice sightings. No way to accept packages. Dated appliances, floors. Windows don't fully mitigate noise from bus stop below. No drawers in kitchen. Not fully cleaned before tenant change. Paint over locks, door handles etc.
Badly needed rennovations and upgrades to bring out of the 1970s.
