Beautiful historic building, but dirty and poorly maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic location and good apartment layouts.
Cons:
A professional deep cleaning is needed Filthy floors in common areas including the lobby, stairs, and elevator. remove years of grime on the floors would make a huge improvement. Building entrance door and exterior of building need maintenance.
Advice to owner:
The common areas need a professional deep cleaning. Weekly light mopping is fine, but most buildings do a heavy cleaning of floors at least annually.
