STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING

Pros:
The Staff are wonderful, however they are severely hampered by the LANDLORD/OWNERSHIP, that doesn’t want to due long overdue maintenance issues
Cons:
The building desperately needs “pointing” of the brick from outside, when it RAINS water comes through the plaster on the walls and you always get water on floor, walls and window sills. The windows are original since construction 60/70 years ago, they are single pane, they are now loose and wind comes in, the winter is awful it’s freezing, and as a BONUS you get ICE on the inside of the windows, it’s a horror living here. The owner who lives in the building on floor 7, replace the windows in his apartment, but doesn’t give a damn about others !!!!
Advice to owner:
Wake up before there’s a Rent Strike here, spend money and due the appropriate and required maintenance!!
