    Great place to live!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    laundry in building, the doormen are great and the super is extremely responsive. If you have a complaint or something is wrong, the super will be there within 24 hours to fix it. Our dishwasher broker and there was a new one within 2 days
    Cons:
    Construction outside can get a little bit loud but it’s really not an issue.
