    Great Building; Great Neighborhood

    Pros:
    The building is kept very clean thanks to our Supers. Neighbors are very courteous and the building is overall very quiet. Small elevator, but at least it's an elevator! Neighborhood and street are in a perfect location.
    Cons:
    Building management can sometimes be harsh and unhelpful

    -Nice people in building
    -Packages never get stolen
    -Big apartments
    Cons:
    -Very small and slow elevator
    -Super has been rude on several occasions
    -Laundry machines in basement are very old and dont work well
    Advice to owner:
    The building needs some updating and much needed maintenence
