Pest issues, heating issues, common areas not well maintained, poor response from management group

-New Doorway security camera system
-Relatively consistent hot water/water pressure
-Garbage outside is kept tidy
-Great location
-Pests/bugs nonexistent; Monthly exterminator available
-Privacy

-STAIRS
-Small spaces

-Heat does not reach the top floors at times
-There have been rats
-Repairs are slow
