Staff if good, long tenured and friendly. Proactive in fixing issues, cleaning laundry and trash shoots, etc.

Cons

Next to fire station, though they do not use the siren unless there’s traffic (so not at night, only during day)

Advice to the owners

It’s a solid building and great location for transportation, the park, restaurants and coffee shops
