Overall reliable and low stress

Pros:
The super is very helpful and generally pretty responsive. Can’t really hear neighbors. Good location
Cons:
Heat only works well in some rooms. Water in shower randomly gets WAY too hot sometimes and you just have to wait it out.
Advice to owner:
Lower max water temp

Very nice live in super. Very responsive. Helped with packages and trash. Right by the 4,5,6. Felt very safe.
