Friendly doormen Elevator Laundry in basement
Cons:
Not super clean Walls are very thin - can hear tv and conversations in neighbors apt (cough, sneeze etc)

Neighbors. And apartment was quite large
Cons:
Apartment hadn’t been renovated in 25 years. Tub spigot was shower only- water wouldn’t come out for bath. Fridge stopped working and they took 11 days to look at it and then another 21 to replace- 32 days without a fridge.
