Horrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mot too expensive. Nice location.
Cons:
Nastiest cheapest landlord. Didn’t believe there were bedbugs and refused to exterminate.
Advice to owner:
Change your attitude. I pay you every month, you need to follow the law and take care of your landlord responsibilities.
