Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 155 East 92 Street showcase prime location and efficient heat and garbage management as positives. However, the building's responsiveness to tenant concerns and pest control are areas needing improvement. While some appreciate the quiet neighbors and cleanliness, others find issues with pest problems and water pressure. Suggestions include enhancing landlord responsiveness and addressing pest control more effectively. Overall, the building's location convenience and maintained amenities are favored, though aspects like noise levels and maintenance could benefit from attention to enhance the overall living experience.

Great apartment and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good Location Well maintained building
Cons:
The noise for any street facing apartments can be unbearable for lighter sleepers. Sometimes people get lazy and don’t want to properly throw away their trash but management does a good job to keep the area clean. They advertise in building laundry but it’s one machine that’s quite expensive, more worth it to use laundromat next door
