Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for 159 East 92 Street highlight its excellent Manhattan location with convenient access to transit and neighborhood amenities. Many appreciate the building's relatively quiet atmosphere and friendly neighbors. Updated apartment layouts and a responsive superintendent are noted positives. However, persistent pest and rodent infestations, insufficient pest control measures, and cleanliness issues throughout common areas are major concerns. Plumbing problems, inconsistent water pressure, and heating issues further impact comfort. Communication with management is often described as challenging or slow. While some tenants find value in the rent and location, others caution about maintenance shortcomings and urge building management to address pest and infrastructure problems promptly.
