Beautiful apartment that is now disgusting, MIA super,

Pros:
The size of the apartments are large and have nice layouts and features. Neighborhood is wonderful and neighbors are kind.
Cons:
Super only responds about half the time, very unreliable. We’ve had consistent issues that management is slow to respond to. We’ve had cockroaches and mice a couple times, there’s been multiple gas leaks. From what I’ve heard this is new management for the building.

Edit: Management’s only interest in money and cutting corners. Very disappointed with their lack of care and humanity.
Advice to owner:
Communicate consistently w/ tenants, better responsiveness from Super!!!

Solid place, management was great until move out

Pros:
Well kept, regularly maintained, very secure building. We loved living here for a few years because of the proximity to both the park & multiple subway lines.
Cons:
We only had minor issues when we were living there (i.e. the occasional water bug or street noise from Lex).

Management was great during our time there as tenants but once we notified them that we were moving out, things went downhill. They "lost" our lease non-renewal form, which we had to call multiple times to find and receive a copy of, and after over a month of moving out, we're still waiting to get our security deposit back because they keep "forgetting" to send it out.
Advice to owner:
Stay consistent in the service you provide to your tenants from move in through move out. I would've recommended this property management company if it weren't for the shitshow that was our move out process.
