Pros:
renovated interiors, generally pretty quiet building, SOME units have a w/d which is a gamechanger
Cons:
the stairwell is pretty beat up... a simple coat of paint would make all the difference. ground floor neighbor with outdoor has a dog that barks a lot so if your unit is on the backside of the building and you WFH, it could get annoying. Also, there is "laundry" in the basement but they hardly work. 2 W/D but only 1 dryer works and it takes 3 rounds to dry anything.
Advice to owner:
upkeep on the stairwell paint jobs. it's such a cheap easy thing to do that makes a huge difference. also, FIX THE LAUNDRY
