    Totally fine apartment

    Responsive super
    Rarely heard neighbors
    Large stree facing windows
    Laundry in building
    Cons:
    When the heat was on it was way too hot
    There was definitely a roach problem at one point
    Kitchen is tiny
    When it stormed water came through the stairwell
    Second door never works properly

    Mostly Quiet, Good Basic Apartments

    Quiet for the most part, good layouts, nice area, the super is very friendly and helpful
    Cons:
    laundry room is dirty and often broken, hallways are often dirty, windows and doors are very drafty, you basically have to deal with pest problems yourself
