Small and undisrupted
Pros
Mostly quiet - floors and doors are thin and creaky but carpets help and you can really only hear people when they’re walking in the hallway. Trash is taken out regularly. No one steals packages. The neighborhood is very nice. Exterminations are supposedly available twice a month, though there aren’t any records since February.
Cons
The floorboards are cracked and bowing in places, but that’s what you get with a building this old. The noise level is pretty high outside the building and windows/doors don’t really help. Not allowed to plug in your own high energy use appliances.
