    Very nice landlords; beautiful location and quaint layout

    Pros:
    Good neighbors, amazing water pressure, well maintained, great area
    Cons:
    Boiler has had issues for years causing spotty heating during some winter months. Owner was always responsive to do something about it, and finally replaced the boiler.
