Great Doorman Building

Pros

The staff is great, everyone is so friendly and nice. They keep it super clean and are quick with maintenance. Truly an awesome building to live.

Love the Building

Pros

- Amazing location - Great building staff, especially Vinny & Paul - Nice sized apartments - Extremely responsive management. All issues are handled extremely quickly

Cons

The only con is the elevators. When I first moved in they were in the middle of completely renovating them. In spite of that they often break down and are incredibly slow. Always give yourself extra time due to this. The pros far outweigh this issue for me so it's an acceptable compromise.
