    Great, affordable, bare bones apartment!

    Plenty of space, very affordable rent, clean space, responsive management
    Cons:
    Not much natural light (varies depending on the room), no amenities

    incredibly affordable option in great area
    Cons:
    heat went out for nearly three weeks in the dead of winter, landlord was snippy with certain responses, tenants did find a homeless person sleeping in the lobby area, some annoying tenants, but nothing crazy
