Very responsive supers, safe and relatively quiet location, laundry and bike in basement
Shared spaces in buildings are poorly maintained, e.g., stairwell, foyer, laundry room (doubtful the machines are ever cleaned routinely), and bike storage. There is sometimes a foul scent in the laundry room and in other areas of the complex
