Pros:
Nice studio apartments on the Upper East Side - and quite spacious for studios (including a separate kitchen area). During my time living here I found it to be quiet and neighbors respectful.
Cons:
Maybe this has since been fixed but definitely ask before renting: there were several instances during my five years here when carbon monoxide detectors would go off and we would call the fire department. They would then find the issue in the basement, which was a valve that needed to be opened. We never got a clear answer from the landlord but she was aware.
Advice to owner:
Nothing at this time.
