Not responsive, a little incompetent
Pros
The building is in decent condition and the neighbors are all amazing. A few of them have lived here for many years and are very welcoming.
Cons
The management company does not respond in a timely manner. They will promise someone coming to fix things and they will not show until you've prompted them at least 3 times. Consistent issues with leaks, heat, and power. Most of the time the people that come for repairs make it worse and have to send someone else back to fix it.
Advice to the owners
Be more respectful and attentive to the people that are paying your bills

Great spot
Pros
Clean, pretty quiet, in a great area. The neighbors are all very friendly, quiet, and respectful.
Cons
No garbage system.
