    quiet and good area
    Cons:
    they don’t fix anything at all doesn’t matter how many times u call they either come randomly or never come.

    Rent was on the cheap side.
    Cons:
    - Alot of bugs
    - When I was moving in the landlord was hours late to meet me to give me my key
    - Management is not very responsive
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive to tenants
