Always was Cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building was quiet and the neighbors were nice but also kept to themselves.
Cons:
The heat was an issue for 2 years for me. In previous yrs tenants called 311 and the heat came on like magic. The last few years were freezing for me. It was really depressing. I asked the landlord multiple times but he always blew me off. Rent raises are enormous.
Advice to owner:
Actually give a care for your freezing tenants
