Top-notch doormen and maintenance staff
Responsive, competent management
Modern, newly renovated lobbies
Verizon FiOS fiber available
Cons:
Elevators occasionally have issues and are a little slow relative to newer buildings. There are 2 elevators though, so it was very rare for both to be out of service at same time.
