Small and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tenants keep to themselves, they are mostly quiet and nice. Building has so pests and is located in a great neighborhood.
Cons:
A little stinky sometimes because trash is kept in basement. Washer and dryer uses quarters, $2.50 for wash and same for dry. Some tenants have loud, barking dogs. Hallways are narrow.
Advice to owner:
Renovations may be needed in the near future to make apts and hallways look a bit more modern.
