Well run management
Pros
The management has an entire staff that keeps the building clean and taken care of, they break every negative NY landlord and super stereotype
Cons
They blast the heat in the winter, it’ll be cold out and I’m sweating inside.

Pros
The building has consistently kept trash maintained, there’s weekly cleanings of the building, and they’re prompt at fixing any issues. Brand new dual pane windows were installed this past fall which keeps noise out and provides better insulation. They’ve been very responsive and friendly in the 2 years I’ve lived here!
Cons
No major cons. An in unit washer and dryer would’ve been ideal, but for the price point that’s expected in NYC. Our unit did have a dishwasher which was a plus!
Advice to the owners
You’ve all done a wonderful job maintaining the building/apt! My only note would be to send a monthly email reminder to pick up your packages so they don’t block the mailboxes.
