Floor are heavily slanted, no heat control whatsoever. Walk up

Nice apartment but had some weird issues

Pros

The building is very nice and homey, all of the neighbors were kind and helpful.

Cons

The floors of my apartment were very warped making it hard to put any furniture against walls.

Advice to the owners

Look into replacing the flooring.
