Very well maintained building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly remodeled kitchen and the "dishwasher drawer" cleans your dishes spotlessly! The Super responds immediately to any inquiries and always solves the issue. They are on top of garbage and recycling. Tenants are trustworthy and do not steal your packages. In building laundry is great! Safe building and safe neighborhood.
Cons:
Often need to run the shower for 5 minutes before getting warm/hot water. Windows are beyond filthy and old (not efficient and cause high A/C bills). Poorly done paint job throughout common areas.
