- BEAUTIFUL apartment
- Quiet and well located for commuting (walkable to many large employers, as well as to Q / 4 / 5 / 6), as well as for day to day activities and adventures
- Dishwasher and washer / dryer in unit
Cons:
Landlord / building management company is not willing to negotiate lease renewal, and is not always responsive to maintenance requests.
