Such good landlords

Pros:
Family owned business, quickly responded to any and all inquires, live in super that responded in timely manner, reasonable rent and renewals, good location, lived there for about 3 1/2 years and only moved out because I moved in with my partner, pest control every month!
Cons:
It’s an old business, so it’s a walk-up, some units are renovated and some aren’t.
Advice to owner:
Keep being great!
