Located above the Q train, there are large apartments and a limited number of units in the building compared to other high-rises.
Cons:
A brand-new building experiencing numerous problems, including cracks in the facade, OSHA violations, sewage overflowing into apartments, ongoing hot-water issues, elevator malfunctions, flooding, poor cleanliness, and understaffing. The staff, who receive the lowest basic minimum wage, are expected to manage an excessively large building and work long-hour shifts. Additionally, there are persistent issues with garbage and egress related to the commercial tenant, a café that operates from 7 AM to 10 PM. The online payment portal charges a fee and claims the fee will not go to the landlord, but the landlord owns the LLC controlling the payment portal.
Advice to owner:
Be proactive and fix these issues.

Landlord AND super were the WORSTTTTT
Former Tenant
Pros:
Things I liked about this building was the view out the windows, the sunlight, how spacious it was, the Maytag fridge. That’s the only thing that kept me in this unit.
Cons:
Landlord was a nightmare. She had zero regard for anyone or anything. Had no manners, didn’t give a shit if there was a mouse/roach infestation, or that the hallways had actual trash bags sitting in them for weeeks, attracting more rodents. She was racist, rude, disrespectful, and the super was the same. He lived next door, but couldn’t bother coming over to fix a leak, or clean the hallways. Entire management can suck it.
Advice to owner:
Fire syne and your super. And stop gouging people when you can’t even provide them with the basic necessities, like picking up other people’s trash off the stairways
