    Very good building

    Pros:
    Clean, live in super. Quiet. Occasional problems with lost packages.
    Cons:
    Narrow street and absolutely no parking

    Nice Building, Clean, Friendly Management Company

    Pros:
    Building is clean, apartments are nice and each has it's own private balcony. Laundry in the building is a plus. The management company is friendly and the super is responsive to requests.
    Cons:
    Water pressure can sometimes be a hit or miss
    Advice to owner:
    Water pressure issue and elevator jolts when it stops
