Great apartment and owner, OLD building.
Pros
Spacious apartment for a great value! Big, separate kitchen with full size appliances and room for a table. Huge living room with beautiful details. Large primary bedroom. Hardwood floors through. Super communicative landlord, the best I’ve ever had!
Cons
Pre war building, railroad apartment, so it’s not an ideal layout. Hasn’t had a ton of updates, especially the bathroom. Had a mice problem that we couldn’t fix (with a lot of help from an exterminator). Dozens of cracks and small holes that can’t be fixed without a total overhaul. Can control the heat with the radiator system, so it can get hot.
