Good for one person who works all day everyday
Former Tenant

Quiet, well maintained building. Neighbourhood has cleaned up over recent years neighbors are quiet and respectful and responsible.
Cons:
A bit cramped if you live in a duplex also laundry room could be updated
Advice to owner:

The worst. Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very convenient location. Around the corner from the Q train. Close to fairway and whole foods and multiple fun bars and restaurants to hangout.
Cons:
Management is useless. They are horrible to respond to issues and they are very rude when they do. You will have absolutely no rights in this building. When they finally show up to “fix” something, they will do a poor job and weeks later you’ll find yourself in the same spot. There are a bunch of older neighbors too that will get in your business ALL THE TIME (checking your packages, controlling your laundry and garbage, checking and harassing your guests).
Advice to owner:
You should really be more considerate to the people who are keeping you employed.

Management could care less
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stable, close to the subway, great location for restaurants and bars, high ceilings, never had a problem with receiving mail or packages being stolen
Cons:
Nothing gets fixed unless you call 5x and get pushy, I had 3 mice running around my apartment and they didn’t want to send an exterminator for a month until I threatened to file a report. They skimp on heat during the day so wfh in the winter was super cold at times. I’ve lost hot water many times over the years and I have a water stain on my ceiling that keeps getting bigger that no one seems to care about. There’s one old lady in the building who tries to start fights with people and can get aggressive.
Advice to owner:
Don’t make good tenets have to beg for help when there’s an issue.
