    Good for one person who works all day everyday

    Pros:
    Quiet, well maintained building. Neighbourhood has cleaned up over recent years neighbors are quiet and respectful and responsible.
    Cons:
    A bit cramped if you live in a duplex also laundry room could be updated
    Advice to owner:
    Update laundry room please

    The worst. Don’t rent here

    Pros:
    Very convenient location. Around the corner from the Q train. Close to fairway and whole foods and multiple fun bars and restaurants to hangout.
    Cons:
    Management is useless. They are horrible to respond to issues and they are very rude when they do. You will have absolutely no rights in this building. When they finally show up to “fix” something, they will do a poor job and weeks later you’ll find yourself in the same spot.
    There are a bunch of older neighbors too that will get in your business ALL THE TIME (checking your packages, controlling your laundry and garbage, checking and harassing your guests).
    Advice to owner:
    You should really be more considerate to the people who are keeping you employed.
