Pros:
The super is very nice and takes care of his responsibilities well.
Cons:
The company that owns the building is very slow to respond and they haven’t touched a lot of maintenance in our apartment in years, despite us asking.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive and help keep the apartments fresh!
